Refund & Cancellation Policy
Blooming Embers Therapy & Wellness
At Blooming Embers Therapy & Wellness, each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to protect the integrity of our schedule and honor the time set aside for every client, the following policies apply:
Deposits
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Deposits may only be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if cancellation occurs within the allowed notice period (see below).
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may transfer the deposit one time to a new appointment date.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
No-Call / No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service fee.
Clients who no-call/no-show may be required to prepay 100% of future services at the time of booking.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next scheduled client. The full service fee will still apply.
Refunds
Because time, preparation, and professional services are reserved specifically for each client, completed services are non-refundable.
If you have concerns about your session, please communicate them immediately so they may be addressed appropriately.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for these policies, which allow us to provide consistent, intentional, and high-quality care to every client.
